I recently stayed at the Hilton and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, there was no bellhop available to assist with my luggage. I had to locate a bellcart myself, wheel it out to my car, bring everything up to my room, and then return the cart—something I wouldn’t expect to do at a Hilton.
The room itself was clean, well-kept, and nicely appointed, which I appreciated. However, the walls were incredibly thin, making it hard to relax with the constant noise from the hallway.
On a positive note, the hotel restaurant was a highlight—the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the meal, falling short in attentiveness and overall experience.
Overall, while the stay had its strong points, particularly the cleanliness of the room and the restaurant’s food, the lack of service and noise issues made it less than ideal.
