Shuttle driver was very nice and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Jetted tub room looked the same as photos. Only downside was that there was no heat in the bathroom and the week that I stayed was very cold and raining. Room was spacious and housekeeping staff was nice. Location was near freeways and other cities.

Fantastic staff, check-in and out, breakfast, room (cleanliness, beauty, space) and self-parking. The room ventilation was miraculous. First hotel we’ve stayed EVER where the ac didn’t sound like a jet taking off every time it kicked on—it was absolutely silent and kept the temperature constant throughout the night. Art at the desk was amazing! Expert, efficient and friendly. Exuded pride of ownership in everything he did. He was at the desk when we checked in at 8:00pm and he was still there/there again at 8:00 am!! The breakfast was amazing. The staff was on top of keeping everything available, fresh, hot and the serving area clean. Only drawbacks were the noise (abutting freeway and, just our luck to be surrounded by constantly slamming doors and coughing people), cleanliness of breakfast tables/floor, and self closing bathroom door. Wonderful overnight get stay!!

This property is well located. close enough to Old Town you can walk but there is a shutttle from the hotel as well. Rooms are basic but clean and beds were comfortable. The only downside is being on the side with the freeway, as it’s pretty loud. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed our one night stay.

Great when arriving/departing the airport and need a place to stay. Convenient airport shuttle. We flew in late, I called and the shuttle was there in 20 minutes. The staff was great and the room was updated and clean!!!

The instructions I received to meet the shuttle from the greyhound bus stop to the hotel were mostly useless. I had to phone back 3 times before we found the shuttle. The front desk man was largely unintelligible. Worse than most hotel staff during my visit to Mexico. I was not giving useful info regarding laundry machines, change required and soap purchasing causing me to go back and forth down a long corridor 3 times unnecessarily while exhausted from travel. There was no bed table or light on the other side of the bed. I expected better for $180.

This was a wonderful stop for a one night stay in San Diego for us. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The free shuttle from the airport was also a plus. The rooms were extremely clean as well as the entire property. They provide a nice breakfast in a dining room that included fresh fruit fresh-made pancakes cinnabon cinnamon rolls eggs omelets and breakfast meats along with a lot of other things. I would highly recommend this if you were staying near the airport

Loved our stay. Staff was great. Property was well kept and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Old Town, MCRD, zoo, Sea World… it’s all close and easy to access but the staff really make this hotel a comeback hotel for us!

The room furnitures are arranged poorly. Sofa bed block the toilet and there is no space and we have to jump over the bed. There is no complimentary toilet bag and we need to call front desk but they don’t provide the front desk number so we have to go on elevator every time we need front desk. Sheets don’t seem freshly cleaned. We needed to wash baby clothes but it needed 32 quarters and front desk again said they couldn’t help!
