The sanitation is very bad. On our first day, there were stains on the quilt and we obviously didn't change our sweaters. There were only two bath towels for four of us and there was hair in the water tank of the coffee machine. The hotel is next to the road and it is very noisy. We had to ask to change rooms. When we moved to the new room, a terrible scene happened. The bathroom sink was full of dirt, which was very disgusting. The sanitation of this hotel is very bad. This hotel has no staff after 8pm and any questions you have have to get in after 9am.

Buyer beware, read carefully, never heard of a hotel that shares bathrooms, also no parking so expext to pay $100 to park elsewhere and then get back to so called hotel, should be listed a brothel!!!

Excelente ubicación, la habitación muy cómoda y muy limpia. Nos tocó una habitación con ventana hacia la calle y suele haber ruido, pero no impide poder dormir. A una cuadra está un seven y está muy cerca de muchos restaurantes. Lo único a considerar es que el check in es hasta las 4pm y hasta en ese momento te envían las instrucciones para ingresar a la propiedad. Hay que ser muy puntuales con el check out ya que se desactiva el código de ingreso a la habitación a las 10am.

I wish there was parking available but the bed was so comforting and relaxing. Very nice space and there should be a shower door for the shower other than that I had a great stay and I would go back again.

No es un hotel, es un hostal. Baño compartido, el acceso es por código, es muy difícil que te atiendan por teléfono, no te envían la liga para registro si no marcas por teléfono, no te llega el código de acceso a tiempo, debes esta llamando. Si es hotel debería tener más contacto humano. Recomiendo le pongan hostal. En general el lugar es limpio, cómodo y bonito. De no ser por la letanía para poder obtener el código de acceso, el horario de acceso que es hasta las 4:00pm, que no hay nadie en el call center que hable español y EL BAÑO COMPARTIDO.

Al llegar mis claves de acceso no funcionaron, y normalmente no hay un lobby por lo cual hubiera tardado en entrar pero me toco que estuviera alguien qhi a la hora que llegue. No hubo agua caliente 2 dias y para arreglarlo estuvimos sin agua por algun tiempo. Ofrecieron muy poco para reponer esas fallas.

The late 4 pm checkin and early 10am checkout is probably my only complaint. Beyond that, the property was great. Comfortable outside seating to relax. Room was similar to any hotel setup with a bit more kitchen available. The price was about 30-40 cheaper than the same surrounding traditional hotels. The location was perfect right by little Italy. Was bustling at night when I came back from the baseball game. Airport close and traffic but room did okay to muffle noise and offered ear plugs next to the bed. I’d for sure stay here again when looking for value without hassle.

For the most part, this hotel was a good choice. We were disappointed that the photos on the website DID NOT depict the actual amenities. We expected large common areas as depicted on the website. Unfortunately, those images are taken with a wide angle lens and the areas are not even a 10th the size that you think they are. The room we had was okay, it was very noisy (against the 5 freeway), too bright for quality sleep (even with the curtains closed), and the shower (ugh!) NO WATER PRESSURE!! Of all things, this is a must. The positive piece of this stay was the venue we were visiting was only 4 blocks away. We probably will not stay here again.
