Beautiful Hotel! Rooms are spacious, beds are wonderful! My only complaint is the parking. Its very limited. Small garage below the hotel is first come first serve with a charge of $35. If its full, your only choice is an outside pay lot. Its difficult. Beyond that, great location. We had a great time!

Room and bed were a little small but for 2 nights, it was manageable. Everything was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and always helpful. So many places to walk too, coffee, brunch, dinner options and bars of course. Parking was a first come first serve and we got lucky to be able to get parking for 2 nights. But if we wouldn’t have, it definitely would’ve been a hassle, street parking is a mess. Would stay here again.

Excellent location. Walk outside anytime of day or night, it was lively and active. Restaurants and bars all close by. The farmers market on Sunday just outside the hotel was awesome. It was 6 blocks of unique items, awesome foods, and good strong coffees. Staff at the hotel seemed a little stand offish. Not offering very much in the way of hospitality. I guess they just let the hotel speak for itself. There is no bottled water in the rooms. There is no housekeeping unless you ask for it. No amenities really, just a place to sleep, and shower. But, everything was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Front desk staff was very helpful, front of the hotel was charming with aromatic flowers , and bathroom was nice and updated. Cons: Hotel parking was not conducive to SUVs, hotel room was much smaller than expected, and the fire alarm went off on our whole floor and the staff was unaware until we called the front desk.

The air conditioning unit sounded like a loud high pitched drill. Our choice was to sleep in 80 degree heat or with an excessively loud humming noise. Needless to say we didn't sleep. It was a terrible night.

Our stay at La Pensione was great! We just happened to book our room the weekend of the art walk so it was a bit of a struggle trying to find the parking because all the streets were closed! There was a lovely young lady who stayed in the phone with my boyfriend and I guiding us safely to check in at the hotel and get parking ( since it was first come first serve). The room was very clean and the staff was so sweet. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Dirty shower that needed to be scrubbed on the floor and around. Lots of dirty grout! There was an office chair that needs to be thrown away from room. Safety hazard, wobbly and could be a liability to the owner of hotel. If a senior citizen had sat in it, they. Oils have really hurt themselves. Upon entering the room, it was very hot! In talking to the front desk person, she could check it from her computer. Then why the hell wasn’t it checked before we checked in!!!! No breakfast and they charge more than a major hotel. Novelty hotel but won’t stay again.

Place was okay. Staff was very nice and it was clean. Beds were comfortable. Hated the how noisy it was. The airplanes weren’t the issue, it was the street noise and lots of noise coming from the hallway. It was great to be near the street market.
