This is a Beautiful Renovated Condo located on the quiet Street of Diamond at the beach! Pacific Beach. The condo is one block away from restaurants, bars and shopping . The condo overlooks the beach, and boardwalk. Great ocean views from the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. One private balcony with furniture off the Living Room to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and or morning coffee looking out at the ocean.
The condo is centrally located to San Diego County's most popular attractions including SeaWorld, World Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego's Gas Lamp Quarter, Coronado, Del Mar and much more.
Amenities: This is a stand alone condo with no one above you or on the side of you very private, that includes 2 private Assigned parking spot.

There is a Pack n Play available, 2 New Bikes, Wi-Fi, Flat Screen Televisions, (2) Beach Chairs(2), (3) Boogie Boards, Beach Toys, Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels, and Hair Dryer.

When you arrive all Towels will be cleaned and put away all Bed sheets will be cleaned and on Beds ready for you to have a great time in Pacific Beach!

This is a family owned and operated Beach Condo. This Condo Complex is a quiet, no loud partying allowed condo building…a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean!
I also have another condo on the water that is located walking distance. It is a two bedroom, two bath condo with Balcony With Chairs To Enjoy the View.

Note: I am charging less than other comparable properties with a goal to rent out the condos more often.

Includes Brand new full Kitchen with all new cooking utensils, Coffee maker toaster, Microwave etc.
Master bedroom Includes Queen size Bed, Mirrored Dresser with night stand, Mirrored closet also Accompanying this room.
Second Bedroom Includes 2 Twin size Bed with Dresser, TV With Roku and night stand Mirrored Closet door also accompanying this room.

Complex has been completely redone thus year 2021!!

There is Travertine Slate through out except in bedrooms new Plush carpet.
Also Includes 2 Parking Spots!

Perfect Location

I took my girls here for a short little staycation during spring break. This little apartment is in the PERFECT location. Close to shopping & a ton of cafes and bars. I didn’t have to get in the car once and the beach was super close by. The apartment is a little run-down, yes, but honestly, for this price and location, it’s a steal. It was very clean and the on-site gentleman who let us in was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here agains.

Location is everything

Location, location, location. Close to the beach and walking distance to everything, don’t stay in the heart of PB and then complain about noise! ;) Great view of ocean and close to walking and the parking is a HUGE plus!!! Overall it was what we expected, clean and looked like photos. Usually we get check in information a few days ahead of time. I had to reach out the day before because we had not gotten anything. This made me nervous traveling from out of state. We eventually got some info, but would have appreciated more information up front. Typically we get a very detailed email (sometimes pages in length) or a detailed Brooke on property. For days we could not find the laundry room or garbage bins, no info was given about these. The unit was very minimally stocked, so be prepared for that. We had 2 coffee filters for a 4 night stay. There are a few things that would be appreciated, but I would not remove stars for them. There is ONE ice cube tray, less than 5 hangers, no body wash at all only shampoo and conditioner, it would be nice to have a second nightstand in the master and some hooks for towels. Overall we would still stay here again as the price was reasonable and the location was amazing. The bathrooms and unit were somewhat updated which was nice as well. We did not use them but there were boogie boards and chairs which was nice, the bikes were a big plus as well!

Location Location Location

We stayed at this condo for a week, leading up to our daughters wedding. The location could not have been better. We were literally less than a block to the beach which made it a perfect place to enjoy the week. We could go for a walk or bike ride on the boardwalk, then come back to the condo to eat, then go back down to the beach, without even having to get in a car. There are an array of stores and restaurants also within walking distance. The condo was well stocked with beach towels and toys, a couple of bikes, etc. There were a few household items that we needed which Juan, the property manager was able to get for us and drop off in a timely manner. He was very responsive with answers to our questions and needs.If you are looking for opulence or a place to entertain, this may not be your place. But, if you are looking for a prime location and simple, clean accommodations, this is the place.

Great, fun location next to beach, surfers, & night life!

Was a beautiful 5-day weekend a block from the beach. Very nice to take our dog for a walk along the strand and surrounding beautiful area communities in Pacifc Breach and La Jolla!! Will definitely go back to this exact area.

Great holiday weekend getaway

We loved the location and cleanliness of the property. Also that it had its own parking spot. It had everything we needed. Minor things: unable to unlock bike lock. Flat tire on one of the bikes and no ice cream scoop. We will definitely look to rent this property if we are in the area again.

Great locations!

San diego!

The property is nice. It advertises that it is up to 6 adults. This would be tight. Eating at home was a little inconvenient as the table was small and had only 3 chairs. We love pasta and cooked it one day only to see no pasta fork. Silly i know but it was a small inconvenience. The view was a good one. I would also like to see the fans for the bedrooms upgraded, one only worked on one night. We had a lovely vacation all in all

Perfect property for visiting the San Diego area

We stayed here for a few days while visiting the San Diego area. Everything was wonderful. The house was clean and well kept, and the furnishings and bedrooms were perfect for our family of four. The location was also very convenient for heading down to the beach or for walking to the restaurants along the main street in Pacific Beach. It also wasn't too far for heading into other parts of San Diego (the zoo and other sites in Balboa Park, etc.). If we are in the area in the future, we'll definitely check to see if this property is available to stay at again.

Family Time

We enjoyed the many amenities within walking distance. The complex was clean, the condo itself was comfy and the locals were very friendly. Our favorite part was walking to/on the beach in the early morning hours ~ the location is wonderful. A great place for a family get away ~ Thank you!

A gem in Pacific Beach!

This is a basic, clean, well maintained, quiet home in a terrific location. It was cold for half of our stay but we enjoyed sitting on the couch, gazing at the water, and watching all the activity (surfers, skaters/bikers, people, and dogs) coming & going to the beach when we were at ‘home’. Property manager Juan is a gem & did a great job orienting us to the property and helping us with anything we needed. Easy access from Mission Blvd made going to San Diego and oLa Jolla a breeze. We will be back!

Condo is perfect for a beach getaway. Has everything you need to enjoy your time in PB. Owner was very responsive. I let him know one of the bikes they provide had a rusty chain that kept falling off and he sent someone out to have it replaced the same day. Would 100% stay here again.

Fantastic location with parking at the beach

Clean. Carpet and bathrooms could use updating but acceptable for a beach place. A few minor hiccups quickly dealt with by the excellent manager. The resident living below is proud of his stereo, but I went and knocked on the door and asked nicely, and I didn't hear it again through checkout 4 days later.
