We checked into a room then two guys used there key card to open the door to the room which was assigned to us. We did not feel safe at all, so we immediately checked out of the hotel. What a nightmare.

This property was the worse I have ever been at. I paid 3x the normal price for that room, so I was expecting something decent. How could this be the same price as other hotels I usually frequent? The floors were not clean, the bathroom was so old, the door and frame were so old… It’s evident this inn has many people living there that are really struggling. This was more like low income housing than a hotel/ inn. Honestly, I feel like I should get full refund for this stay. Expedia is disappointing me with options these days . Last year it was rental cars, this year, lodging. What’s happening? I feel totally taken advantage of. I paid almost 3x the price of the going rate my husband found on line the next day. This is gouging in my opinion.

My mom and i stayed here one night on our trip along the coast. Initially we would have rated it a 1, but luckily we were accomodated and our new rating is a 4. very good looking, lobby is modern and clean with the gentleman at the desk being polite and friendly. There is also secured parking lot. Upon entering, the property appears a bit run down. We had room 425 and it was a horror movie to walk in to. Nothing like the pictures on-line. It smelled immediately, there were food crumbs all over the floor and bed, hair litetally everywhere from the beds to the bathroom. The lamp and other accessories were broken. Charging outlets and phone were all broken. There was a large gap in the door, not allowing it to close fully. There was even weed left over in one of the drawers. We immediately and politely asked to move rooms and were accomodated without hesitation. Our new room, 409, was much much better, reflecting online pictures. Clean, safe and had the basic ammenities we needed. It is close to the highway so there is noise, but it was drowned out by our working A/C unit and we slept just fine.

Sandwiched between people making noise all night long and smoking riverleaf. Management didnt do anything about it. Train comes by every 15 min. Thin wall. Gaps in door frame. Floor made my feet black. I moved bed frame to locate smell. Filthy behind it. Stairwells and halls filthy and crumbling. Odd neighbors. Some idiot warmed up their 50s car every morning at 6am. Maids start early and cart makes lots of noise. I think almost every other hotel on the street would be an upgrade.

Do not stay at this hotel. Not even the hot tub was working. It was very dirty. Two homeless people were trying to steal the microwave on the second floor vending area. Hotel accepts vouchers from the homeless to stay at hotel. The room had an air mattress 😫!The hotel website is very disingenuous!!!

The pictures on the site don’t match, this place was horrible, old dirty. The room was horrible, old worn night stands, bathroom was disgustingly old. I will never stay here again unless they remodel the entire place. The only thing I could say is that the front staff were nice.
