Had an excellent stay at the hotel. The corner suite is a well-put together room that was super comfortable and had a nice deck to walk outside on. The staff was great and check in was fast. I was pleased with their eco efforts including the cardless entry, but I think the bathroom timer would benefit from a few more minutes in length so I’m not waiving at it from the shower in the dark 😉. Otherwise it was hard to beat its location in the Gaslamp area that was a short walk for everything and easy entry to the highway and quick trips to the beaches if you have a car. Would stay there again.

The rooms, lobby, employees were amazing the only thing that was a bummer was parking, you either have to park away from your stay or do valet parking for $65, but the valet members are all amazing and easy to work with but overall amazing stay.

Really enjoyed the proximity to Petco, the Zoo and dining options. The room itself was great. Spacious and all the amenities. A couple of things that would really improve this room are as follows: 1. A dresser or some storage for clothes other than the closet. The desk that the TV sat on could be replaced with a dresser and be much more practical for guests. 2. Hooks in the bathroom. A couple of hooks over the door or another towel rail in the bathroom would make hanging multiple towels or other clothes really convenient. 3. Take the bathroom light off a timer. Got caught a couple of times in the shower when the light went out. Not huge for me but could see it being an issue for others. A couple of small adjustments this hotel room might have ended up being in my top 5 rooms all time I've stayed in. Staff was friendly and the codes instead of keys was really cool.

Arrive on 8/23 upon arrival to the hotel they did not have any available parking for their customers. The parking was full and sold out due to a baseball event. Due to that I had to park 9 blocks from the hotel. That was the only bad review for this hotel other than that the hotel was clean. Next time make sure you have parking space for your guest no matter if we had to pay $65.00 for parking guest should be priority first.

Excellent service. Very convenient walking distance to petco park and local establishments. Hotel was really clean and safe. The bed was comfy. Newer hotel I recommend.

Beautiful location, easy off and on the freeway but close to public transportation and easily walkable throughout the Gaslamp Quarter. 2 blocks to Petco Park (Go Padres!). Staff were friendly and helpful, while valet parking was $65 a night, it was convenient and the valets were great and efficient. Interior seemed new.

Check in was ridiculously late. Staff was uninformed, overwhelmed and full of excuses. Manager was nowhere to be seen for two hours. Not a place to go.

Great room for a Padres game. I thought the urine smell was the homeless tweakers but it might have been the people walking there dogs and letting them pee everywhere. Back to the room though….shower pressure is weak but passable. I would stay here again. The bed was really nice and comfy with lots of pillows.

They put me on second floor where it was noisy and asked to upgrade my room and stated there weren’t any available. Understandable as it was a Friday. Overall the pictures of the rooms do not match what you’re getting as advertised. Friendly staff but there is no hotel guest parking. Only Valet for $60 a day. Had to park a few blocks away in private parking lot.

The furnishing in the property is the best makes me feel like I never left home or as if I have a home already in San Diego the cleanliness is a huge plus for me

The hotel was pretty much as pictured. Although the staff was friendly, you checked yourself in and you checked yourself out no help. The overnight parking was $65 😳
