This stylish hillside home features a stunning private backyard, open interior floor plan, upgraded designer finishes, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, and private garage access. Upscale and cozy furnishings are found throughout, with a kitchen boasting high-end custom cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The spacious dining area and living room with a gas fireplace lead to an indoor game room with a ping pong table and other fun family games.
The main bedroom offers a luxury king-size bed, twin bed, Smart TV, and a private ensuite bath with a huge walk-in shower. Our home accommodates up to 13 guests comfortably and features a thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangement across four bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: King bed, Twin bed (sleeps 3)
Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Guest Bedroom 2: Queen-over-queen bunk bed (sleeps 4)
Guest Bedroom 3: (Converted Garage Room): Twin-over-twin bunk bed (sleeps 2)
Game Room: Full size futon (sleeps 2)
Additionally, an extra air mattress is available upon request, providing even more flexibility for accommodating guests. For convenience, the second full bath is a four-piece with a tub that is perfect for bathing little ones after a day in the sun.

We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via phone, text, or the app! Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available at any time!

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.
The home has central Heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.
Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $200 per day Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Spa heating is always complimentary :)
A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs and covers the deep cleaning measures we take after check-out.
There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 11 guests.
Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
Loud music is not allowed on the property after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediately removal from the property.
