Wonderfully located property and a literal 2 minute walk to the beach. Nice places to grab breakfast and happy hour very close as well.! There is a delicious place for breakfast at the Olive Cafe literally two houses to the right; highly recommend their acai bowl and pancakes (my 8 year old niece, loved!) Cute and quaint, exactly as the photos.
The room we had, the light from the patio shined in all night and made it challenging for me to sleep. The lights are on timers so they come on at a specific time each day. I reached out to staff via email; didn't find anyone in the lobby, and was told there wasn't anything they could do at this time. It is a newer hotel and they are fine tuning some things, a cute boutique hotel. I wish I wasn't sensitive to light and would have thought there were black out curtains, or some shade from outside light. Our room had nothing but a sheer cover over the window that was right next to the bed. If you stay and are sensitive to light, bring an eye mask.
Otherwise, a great place. Their model is on efficiency and that is definitely what we experienced.
