“The house is exactly what you think it is. A beach house getaway big enough to host all your friends and family. The location is second to none and the accordion doors openning the house to the backyard and front yard gave it the beach house feel you were looking for. The manager was very responsive and even had a maintenance person come out within an hour to fix issues we had. Would definitely come back ”

“My sister and I do a yearly trip to honor our dad around his birthday and this year we chose to stay close to home and found this GEM on VRBO. It couldn’t have been closer to the water…it was so great to leave the doors open and just listen to the waves. No (well, a motorcycle once in a while) traffic to speak of, lots of locals walking, jogging, riding bikes. We love to be locals too and we got to walk everywhere! The farmers market, two drugstores, a restaurant right outside your door (but……

All the kids had a Blast in the big backyard with a view to a dog park :)Hunter was VERY accommodating even after we arrived early and left later due to our flights changing schedule. Will be coming back the next time we decide to stay in San Diego as we felt at home away from our home.”

“Perfectly setup and located beach condo at Pacific Beach. Listing was as described, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas and boogie boards. Plenty of restaurants across the street and like a 2min walk to the sand. Property mgr was highly responsive and helpful. Unit had two covered reserved parking spots to use behind a locked gate. I would happily stay here again.”
