“Amazing staff. Very friendly and professional. Many thanks to Gianluca and Alvise that took great care of us. The area is clean and the apartment was very impeccable and nicely decorated. We did not experience any problems. The views from our apartment were beautiful. I would recommend scheduling a private water taxi to avoid long walks. “This property was fantastic! It was everything we were hoping for. We stayed here for most of a week and it was a wonderful spot for exploring Venice and the larger lagoon region.The main floor balcony and sitting area over the grand canal were wonderful for morning and evening lounging and watching the taxis, vaporetto, and gondolas go by.
