“The condo was only a few steps from a beautiful beach with a great ocean view from the balcony . It had all the amenities to make my 7 week a perfect vacation , a quiet area in the east end of Cabarete about a 30 minute walk to the main town , but several little grocery stores and small restaurants just a short walk away. There is a little bus that goes into town for only 50 pesos and comes by frequently or you could rent a car but beware of the crazy drivers here.(no road rules here ). Nice……

“I loved the greenery and for the price it was great. They have all you need to cook and have a pleasant stay. Downside: road is rough (not paved) and there’s no stores near by, you definitely need your own transportation. ”

“I have to say we had the most amazing stay at Villa Cocomar for 9 nights. We had a group of 22 from littles, teens and Adults. Owner Dean was amazing to work with and visited with us at the Villa multiple days. Juan did a good job helping us with everything from DJ, Live guitar player for Italian dinner night and all other things we needed. “This condo is beautiful, large, excellent condition and well furnished with everything you need. Supermarket is a little further than would like but turned out to be a nice walk along the beach carrying groceries in our back pack. The condo has basic stuff like salt, pepper and spices left by previous clients. The owner is very helpful and easy to get hold of. The onsite restaurant is excellent. We had a great time. ”
