Walking distance to the bus stop and the San Mateo Downtown CalTrain stop (with connection to BART at the Millbrae stop). Having a car is best to get around or rideshare services. Two car garage, two car parking spots in the driveway, and street parking although for longer-term parking, neighbors prefer to have the street parking in front of their home for themselves.
IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: 1) This is a no-shoes home. Please take off shoes when entering the home.

3) No smoking anywhere on the premises, no pets, no parties, no drugs, and no loud noises after 10pm. Local law enforcement will and have been called by the neighbors for excessive noise during quiet hours (10pm to 7am).
4) Guests beyond the number listed in the reservation booking are not allowed on the property without prior written approval. In addition, by city ordinance, total occupancy during stays less than 30 days cannot exceed 10 persons.
5) Do not tamper with the video cameras. Interior cameras are turned off during your stay. Full 360 exterior cameras are on 24/7 for your safety.
Note that $2000+ deposit/fees are withheld/charged for any infraction of the house rules, especially those that impact our neighbors or if local law enforcement are called.
