This hotel was really just like a motel 6 or holiday inn. The bed was like sleeping on a cement block - hard and uncomfortable and clearly old. Room was so small and smelled musty. Had to try multiple times to get someone to answer the phone. I absolutely would have stayed elsewhere if I had known how poor quality it was. Unless you need to stay in Fisherman’s Wharf, I would stay in the Union Square area. Much nicer

convenient location, just 2 blocks from the water. A very clean hotel. Staff were great and the s'more's were yummy! We had a wonderful stay and would recommend!

The bed was really comfortable. Fishermens Wharf was right around the corner and getting around the city was really easy. There were many bus terminals close to the hotel, which was great to reach all the spots. There was also a parking garage, so you had no trouble finding a place to park your rented or own car. Only thing missing for us was a bar to grab some drinks after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was also really friendly and obliging. Would definitely stay there again when visiting San Francisco.

Loved the hotel. We had king corner suite and bed and pillows nice and comfortable. Room was clean and location was perfect! Nice bathroom and had an ice machine and water bottle filling station. Will stay again when visiting SF

I love the location very comfortable and the staff make you feel at home. Unfortunately I am very disappointed in what happened to the restaurant it used to be the jewel in the crown of Hotel Zoe the most delicious food and wonderful selection for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, now only a very boring “Buffet” for two people cost over $100 and doesn’t Taste very good! On a 1 to 10 scale I’d rate it a 2 the Latte’s used to be my fondest memories that made Latte’s my favorite drink now it seems like they don’t know how to make one. This was the 2nd chance I gave the Pesc

We arrived in the afternoon to find that they had upgraded our room to a king size bed overlooking the courtyard. That was a plus as it was a bit quieter at night and my wife is a light sleeper. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with tips on how to get about and where to find a bite to eat. The hotel itself is well situated within walking distance to good restaurants,Fisherman's Wharf, a Trader Joe's, and convenient public transit options to explore the city. We would definitely recommend Hotel Zoe to those looking to experience San Francisco.

Great hotel. Easily accessible to things. My only qualm and its very small concern, is that the free coffee in the morning is a bit horrible quality. Other than that everything was great. Best features of the hotel were the staff.

Located in a touristy, but lovely part of town which was centrally located. Restaurant attached to the hotel was very nice and the firepit area was a nice place to unwind after walking around the city. Rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and offered pillows for every comfort level. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Zoe during our stay in San Francisco! The location is unbeatable just steps from Fisherman’s Wharf, the waterfront, and so many great attractions. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great tips for local dining and activities. We also loved the complimentary bikes and cozy courtyard—it added such a nice touch to our trip. Overall, Hotel Zoe combines fantastic service, stylish rooms, and an ideal location. We can’t wait to come back on our next visit to San Francisco!

Very dated hotel rooms. Not what the pictures portray. However they are big rooms. Smoking must be allowed in some? Housekeeping were knocking on doors early and leaving trolleys and bags of rubbish through the narrow halls. Lifts are slow. The best part of this place was the concierge and we didn’t even have a car. Be mindful when booking the photos and description are not what you will get. The reviews seem to be skewed.

We loved our stay here! Great location. Safe. We walked mostly and Ubered here a there for longer destinations. Rooms clean but cozy. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend and would stay again.
