The motel was FILTHY. I booked a ground floor room but they put me on the 3rd floor, no elevator and didn't help me w/ luggage. The bed was off the frame, and sunk in the middle. When staff came to look, they lifted the bed skirt to reveal a BLOOD SOAKED box spring! I was horrified but could not cancel the reservations I had made through Expedia. There was NO COFFEE MAKER, no microwave, and no toiletries, save for bar soap. I was told the office was open at 6am for people to get coffee and use microwave, but each time I went down at or after 6 It was CLOSED, even when I came at 7am. I had to drag myself outside in the dark, half asleep, to ring the doorbell more than once, only to be told to come back in 20 minutes! The whole experience was horrible and I want my money back. I can provide photos of what I saw, especially the BLOOD SOAKED BOX SPRING! I was down from Canada to attend my niece's funeral, and had to return to Motel 6 a 2nd time. The guy at the desk promised he would put me on the ground floor the 2nd time, but when I arrived I was put on the 2nd floor, and again had to lug my own baggage by myself. I am 68 yrs and would have appreciated some help. I would appreciate a REFUND.
