Property pictures do match the actual condition of property. Rooms are small. A Laptop is bigger than the TV given in the room. The water does not get hot. The room was terribly dirty when we arrived. When asked for more towels they never arrived. The hotel is attached to a restaurant that had rats crawling by the dumpster outside.

I checked in at 7pm went to get something to eat came back at 1030pm and our keys were not working. Came to get keys fix and no one is at the front desk. Been waiting outside for almost 4hours. There also five other people here. This is embarrassing

Horrible experience booking this hotel to stay. Show up to check in the hotel at 11:30pm all the doors were lock and no attendance there at the property, and no phone numbers to call there were other guests there waiting to be check in. All of us were lock out. We waited for 1/2 an hour and no attendance there at the property at all. Advise any travelers not to book this hotel or you maybe lock out and not able to check in.

I’m going to be honest. The morning to afternoon staff Cris is very nice doing her job., the lobby is not bad but needs some care, next door is a Chinese buffet that is always busy and food ain’t bad. There’s a maintenance man that does all the work by himself he’s a very nice person I’m not mentioning everybody here that I talk to when I’m free but they treat me good the outher side near the canal there’s a big pot hole you have to be careful of, that side has a very bad smell but hey you’re here just to clean up and rest right because that’s what I do I have a job I go to every day to make ends meet. It’s a place to stay and your near the airport price ain’t bad here.

The only issues I had, & to me they're big issues, was that the a/c unit did not work even when setting it at the highest level(90° I think) it was late & i didn't want to go through the hassle of possibly getting relocated to another room so I just slept in a cold room. If that wasn't enough in the morning i got up early to shower before checkout & I ran the water for maybe 2-5 minutes because i had to shave & figured it might take some time for the water to start coming out hot anyway & so I finally go into the shower 10 minutes later the water starts coming out cold! I've dealt with a/c units not working in rooms & it wasn't a big deal but having to deal with hot water running out in the shower is the absolute WORST.

The owners of this hotel lied to the public and pulled off a bait & switch ...this hotel does not look like anything posted on its website...i regret staying at this hotel...this is a 1 star hotel at best....if expedia would go to the property you will see its all a lie...this place is disgusting what they charged...we got ripped off ...the room we stayed in had multiple problems...electrical,plumbing,air conditioning...we felt like it was going to fall down ..i can hear the bed springs everytime i get up....you turn the water in the tub to cold ...and Hot comes out. The light next to my bed not working the guy at the desk horrible cold attitude..the property looks like it needs lots of work....but they rent rooms like its a 5 star this property is a nightmare hotel because they lied on their website to lure customers in....we got ripped off and deceived...expedia is responsible for this trashy hotel...shame on you crooks
