Some of the hotel was under construction, didn’t bother us. We stayed in a family suite and it was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast consist of coffee and pastries and the parking fee is $45+ depending on your vehicle. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

The hotel and the room were clean, the pool was cute and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, the surrounding neighborhood was something else! I found out SOMA is the hub for drug users and I didn’t really want to walk around to explore. I did walk to grab coffee at Sightglass and I had dinner at SF Proper (both within a 5-6min walk). If you’re catching a shared ride, you’ll be fine, but there were fiends everywhere.

This hotel despite a friendly front desk manager named Sam was a complete fraud. It’s photographs online make it look like it’s a lot better than it actually is. It’s in an unsafe neighborhood. We were put on the side that is still undergoing renovations and despite the room being clean, this was just smoking mirrors. The gym was dirty and dank, and upon arrival we were told there was no valet parking, which was a lie, but they were trying to make money off people wanting to park for a concert that was happening that night. Overall not impressed.

Property was good, hotel was also good room was clean and spacious what we didn't like was not enough parking for everyone that stayed in the hotel we had to park a block away it was first time that ever happened and just a lot of homeless around the area not convenient for families with teens or small children

This property was close enough to Oracle Park the Lyft was inexpensive. The property in general matched the price I paid. Cute rooms and undergoing construction. I do wish there was an AC unit. I couldn’t get the window to open but it wasn’t a big deal since it’s not hot in SF right now.

Al solicitar aclaracion, te explican que es por El uso del gym y porque hay Agua disponible en tu habitacion. El desayuno que dicen ofrecer, solo incluye pan, cafe y fruta. Solo tienen ciertas porciones disponibles, si se terminan antes de la hora senalada, no incluyen mas.Debido a ll anterior, No volveria a usar Este hotel. La relacion precio servicio es muy alta para El Mal servicio que oftecen. No lo recomiendo. First of all, be careful; they include an additional charge of $20 per day, which is not indicated in the general information. You can only see the grand total until they include it. When you ask for clarification, they explain that it is for use of the gym and because there is water available in your room. The breakfast they claim to offer only includes bread, coffee, and fruit. They only have certain portions available; if they run out before the indicated time, they do not include more. Due to the above, I would not use this hotel again. The price-service ratio is very high for the poor service offered. I do not recommend it.

Was not a fan of the huge extra cost to park there. There was no air flow in the room. You had to open the door to cool it down. Breakfest was nothing special.

Close to public transportation which is great. The room could have been nicer though. Had a bit of an odd smell. Staff was very friendly but the room needed a bit of work (loose ceiling fan, broken doorframe in the bathroom, shower door that did not completely close).

We waited over an hour to check in because rooms weren't ready. There were at least 5 other parties in the lobby with the same delay. We were told 15 minutes. We asked what was the cause for delay and they wouldn't say. We found out later that there was a staff shortage for housekeeping (which is valid and totally understandable). But again, they should have told us. There was no lobby bathroom while we waited. The facility in general is run down, the rooms are tiled but the courtyard has carpet... why? The rooms had no mini fridge. The coffee maker and supplies were stored near the floor so we didn't use it. We had to wear shoes inside because the floor were dirty. The showers needed to be cleaned better. The security and valet gentlemen were so kind and helpful, 5 stars. Nathan and Sam at the front desk were professional and kind, 5 stars. The operations manager that checked us out could have been friendlier. The area has MANY people living with addiction and homelessness and they occupy most of the area. There are many places to eat, shop, sightsee, and partake in recreational cannabis in the surrounding area. Lots of public transportation and beautiful architecture all within walking distance.

Nice hotel. Nice to have the free breakfast. The lift is very noisy though and goes ping at 2am all the time which they could turn off. Although no fault of the hotel, the area is full of tramps.

The hotel is very loud. The rooms have floor to ceiling windows so any sound can come in. There are often loud bangs, not sure if it’s from the street or from the hotel. Also the parking is so terrible. Valet for $69 a night but the service is pretty slow.
