Located on a beautiful hill in the historic town of San Germán, Puerto Rico. Experience the West side of Puerto Rico where the best beaches are located! We are 25 minutes from Playa Buyé in Cabo Rojo and 20 minutes from La Parguera, Lajas. The largest water park in the Caribbean is 10 minutes away. Why stay in Cabo Rojo or Lajas if you can be close to both? We have all the necessary amenities to create memories with your family and friends. Come and stay with us!

Magnificent rooftop with beautiful views to see the stars, mountains, and birds. It has a BBQ, firepit, hot tub, and a table to play dominoes for the enjoyment of our guests. Rooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans, decorated to make you feel at home. Workstation with high speed internet perfect for remote work. Large fully equipped kitchen for 10 people that includes a coffee maker, air-fryer, glasses, cutlery, pans, toasters, oven, fridge, bar, and much more. Save money during your stay and cook while you share and talk from the kitchen bar to our spacious table.

This is a wonderful property! It's beautiful, well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Air conditioners in the bedrooms work well. Be sure to check out the sitting area on top of the roof. It's a great place to sit and visit, especially in the evening. Really good barbecue grill up there, too.The hosts are quick to respond.I highly recommend this place. I would love to return.

Very roomy place

All pretty good except that there’s only air conditioning in the bedrooms so the house got pretty warm. There are fans but it doesn’t cool enough.

Perfect experience

This was by far the best place we've ever stayed at in Puerto Rico. The place is massive - it just keeps going and going. Main floor with living room, dining room, and kitchen. Bedroom floor with 4 bedrooms (immaculately clean) and huge amounts of storage for all our stuff. A/C in each bedroom. Roof-top was awesome with a grill, tables, string lighting and a beautiful view of the mountains.The owners were extremely helpful. During our stay the entire island lost power, and the owners contacted me directly and went way out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. I'm so thankful for them and for the wonderful experience we had at their property. This place will be my first choice next time we visit PR.

Perfect

Wonderful place. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Hosts were the absolute best. Excellent communication. Great location and amenities. Quiet with beautiful view. Would definitely stay there again. Perfect example of a great Vrbo experience. Just a note to those who may not know. It is very common in Puerto Rico for bedrooms to have A/C, but common areas may not. That was the case with this property, but the host supplied numerous fans to keep the common areas reasonably comfortable during the day.

Retreat

This property was surrounded by tropical trees. The location is about 30 minutes drive to Cabo Rojo. The house has everything that you needed, they thought of everything! Plenty of space for our party of 8. Air-condition in each bedroom and lots of windows to enjoy the tropical breeze in the livingroom. The rooms were spacious, clean and the house smells good. The large rooftop area was amazing with the hot tub, chairs, space to play and hangout ovelooking the trees. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome family vacation home

Great space for a family stay. Ample room and activities in the home. My family consisted of 8 adults, a toddler, and a 3 month old. We did not feel like we were on top of each other and the living room and dinning room were big enough for us all to congregate. Would definitely return.
