“Only there for a night. The host/manager could have done a better job explaining how to get there, instead of simply suggesting to use Waze maps! Also, they are building a new house at the bottom of the property, so it's a little dangerous having to walk thru a construction site to get to the beach down below. “Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. They didn’t even give me an official room number. The views were okay. Pretty much what you see is that you get. One……

“Great property. Quiet, quaint, and peaceful. My only recommendations for improvement would be to do a contactless check-in like Casa Lobo. This would save time for both the management/owners and any potential guests. Then people can just check-in with a special pinpad or lockbox. Especially since the doorbell is not working anyways. The Treehouse could also probably use some new blankets, pillows, and sheets as even after going through the laundry it still smelled like the prior guest. A couple……

“This stunning villa is undoubtedly one of the top three places we've ever stayed! We absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Alejandro, Enrique, and Anika were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation to the lake. While the journey to Lake Atitlan can be challenging and dangerous, the mesmerizing view and the luxurious villa made the adventurous journey worth it. The villa was absolutely lovely!
