The property is very well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping was excellent, fresh towels, clean linen, and swept floors. Restaurants are clean and the food is very good. The steak was tender and cooked well. The Italian was tasty with a nice atmosphere. The Mexican food was the best and we should have gone to that more than the other restaurants. The bad was that Expedia does not give you the option for the all-inclusive package so it’s deceiving that you’re buying an all-inclusive vacation when you’re not. It’s another $150 Dollars a day per person to do the all-inclusive package. With how much the restaurants are it does pay to buy the all-inclusive package from the hotel. Their room credits are not easy to use and do not provide you much. The room credit is a waste of time in our opinion. Time share selling was pushed hard but if you are not interested they don’t push too hard to go to the presentation. Nice stay overall.
