Overall is good, very attractive pricing in Silicone Valley, however the Exercise Room is a joke, running machine is dead there like forever. Recommended for who doesn't need the Exercise Room

Bad Service and never use Hotels.com again

I get bad experience this time at this hotel. I know it is not a very expensive hotel and I also not to expect too much. What I don't agree is about the "service". When I check in around 16:00, front desk ask me to go to Room 214. When I arrive room 214 and the room is still under clearing. Then I go to front desk to check if I can change to another room and the answer is "Just Wait". after 20~30 mins and then I got the room. After I check out two days later, I request a receipt for company usage. The front desk reject me again, And their answer is I can get receipt from online order system and they will not provide it. Then I understand all bad experience I got is because I order it from Hotels.com. The hotel will not provide extra service for this kind of customer. Even I request that they can help me to store luggage before I check out and they also reject it. because of security issue and they don't want. No matter what, I will never use Hotels.com and also this hotel. I might always get bad service if I book hotel from here. I don't want to be treat again like this.

Not a terrible stay if you need it between places or for a single night stay. Breakfast was pretty lackluster and the room was kind of damaged. Some holes in the bathroom walls and the tv was broken, had to spend about 15 min fixing it.

I love the atmosphere of the place. The decor and room was also very nice. I especially appreciated the hot water operating well (another hotel, Executive Inn, I previously stayed at lacked that service) and that the room was equipped with cups for coffee/water. What I would have liked to better improve my stay is a bigger and stronger hair blow dryer; granted, the one provided by the room worked well and did the job, it just took a bit longer than usual to dry my hair as the dryer was small and lacked the adequate lower to dry my long hair…..It’s just a small detail, but would have been great. Overall, both my partner and I enjoyed our stay here. The price for it is also VERY good and reasonable. I would definitely be booking again in the near future.

The pool was great because there was no one else using it the weekend we were there. It would feel crowded if there were more than 8 adults. The breakfast was great! The staff in the breakfast room was very attentive and friendly. It was a large selection of breakfast food. The breakfast room did get crowded after 8am. In our room the outlet between the beds did not work properly. The lamp conected to that outlet did not work and neither did the phone. The carpet looked VERY worn. Everything looked clean except for behind the sidetable and the tv remote. Also, we couldn't get the tv to work but im sure if we would have asked the staff they would have fixed it for us. We did request extra blankets and they were clean and very warm. Our stay was short and overall enjoyed our stay.
