Room ok, service bad

The cleanliness and facilities of hotel room were OK. The corridor had a heavy smell and lasted for a few days. The counter service was not good. When checking in at night, there were three groups of guests waiting for the counter staff to appear, waiting for more than 15 minutes. During breakfast time, we found most supplied food was gone and asked them to refill some. Their reaction was very cold. The housing had a simple kitchenware, but the quality of the pot was very bad.

Horrible place to book for stay. We immediately left and booked another hotel on the spot. Very dark, lobby very dirty. Hallways and carpet smell very bad. Not good vibes when we went in.

My stay here was far from pleasant. From the moment I walked in, I wasn’t even acknowledged by the staff ( Dawn at the front desk & later by Heide who came) They were too busy talking amongst themselves, arguing, and having conversations about which room to give me, understandably, but communicating with the guest should be a priority. To make matters worse, they were making a fuss about the fact that more people were arriving for check-in, but they had no rooms available for them either. This left me feeling like I was more of an inconvenience than a guest. The vibe felt off from the start, and it became clear that this wasn’t a traditional hotel—the place seemed more like a temporary residence, with several people actually living there long-term. Upon check-in (I arrived around 4:15- didn’t get a room until close to 5pm) I was told there was no room available, which was frustrating. The elevator was also broken, and it didn’t help that there was no sign indicating it wasn’t working. When I finally got to my room, I was disappointed. The place looked sketchy—paint chips everywhere, hair on the floor, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The room I initially booked wasn’t available, but they upgraded me to a “deluxe suite.” But i did not care for it. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe here, so I ended up checking out early and didn’t stay the night. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable or comfortable stay.

I did not like the property because in the web it said breakfast was included , and when we went there there was no coffee , I went to the lobby to ask for coffee and there was no coffee. On the website it should said there is no breakfast only coffee and granola bars.

The property was clean, except for the room’s smell. The staff encountered were nice. But for a simple overnight, it was not as convenient or restful as I wanted. I was staying with my toddler. It was a long walk from the front desk to our ground floor room, but our key didn’t work so we had to walk back to get it reprogrammed. I was also anxious staying on the ground level with windows leading to the unmonitored parking lot (Granted, that’s a personal problem, but it did affect my experience). The “breakfast” was a tiny granola bar. I think there were three in the basket. Overall, it was disappointing.

Unfortunately this was not a good stay for me and my family. First off we had reserved a king size bed, at check in we were told they did not have any available despite that’s what we had a confirmed reservation for. When we requested to cancel the reservation due to lack of room availability all of a sudden they were able to “move things around…” and found a room available. That should have been our red flag! When we entered the room it smelled bad and was so dirty! Hair in the tub, clumps of dust on the carpet, clearly it hadn’t been vacuumed for some time. If we weren’t in a rush to make it on time to a family wedding, we would have requested a refund! I had to go out and buy Lysol and cleaning wipes to spray the room and clean the surfaces despite that our allergies were terrible. Luckily we only needed to stay for one night, we could not get out of there fast enough!
