THE PICTURES DO NOT DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE. It is very nice and a convenient trip from the airport. The breakfast was really good as well and complimentary. Front desk staff were very nice, and the air conditioning was very cold. We only stayed for one night but we were very impressed!!

Overall nice property. The pool area is nice. Front desk wasn’t super helpful and the curtains in the rooms are very thin so it was really bright in my room at night hard to sleep.

The place was OK but I accidentally booked for the wrong date and they would not give me a refund for that so I had to pay twice for the one night that I stayed there. Very hard to get into from the street and the beds are uncomfortable. The staff was very nice.

We did enjoy our stay overall and we were looking for a place close to the airport, so the busy traffic and loud noise was to be expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however when the host gave us directions to the rental car place she said, "it's just a couple blocks down" and she pointed the direction. When we walked down the very busy street looking for the rental car location, we went way too far because the place is actually BEHIND the Holiday Inn and had no signs to advertise that it was a block to the right OFF the street where we were walking. Luckily aTaxi picked us up and took us where we needed to go. Being a little more clear about directions would be very helpful in the future. Another option might be to have the airport shuttle be able to take people to their rental cars. We really enjoyed the patio out back by the pool where breakfast was served~ lovely place. The room was quite small but adequate for a one night stay before we headed into the jungle.

Lovely except the obvious problem being so close to the airport 😆✈️. Sometimes it sounds like they will land on the hotel. The doors don’t feel very secure, more like a bottom button style lock. But the staff is excellent, the breakfast wonderful and the hotel is shiny clean.

Even for +-$100, this property is tired, poorly maintained with missing knobs in the shower, a concave mattress, a TV that wouldn’t work (partially because the remote is so old and dirty that the button labels aren’t legible), and when the jets land across the street, it’s like they’re coming through your room. Very close to the airport terminal, so that’s a positive.

Hot water varied between cool and tepid in shower. No chair or desk or table. Odd perfume from plug in dispenser. TV unplugged and no chair or ladder to reach receptacle.

Upon arrival and getting into the room there was a spider hanging from the lamp next to the bed. I checked in after midnight due to flight delay with my baby and that was not the first thing I needed to see. When I let the clerk at the front desk know, he just came into the room and pretty much grabbed the spider with his hand and knocked it off the lamp like it wasn't a big deal. Being that I was only crashing for the night and was exhausted, I didn't insist on another room. I was literally there for 8 hours. Also, they made a huge deal because I had another minor with me on the trip (under 18), when checking out they insisted we pay for an extra person. They behaved as if they were money hungry and if it wasn't that there is a gate that they have to unlock for you to leave, we just paid the $18 extra for nothing! Literally there for 8 hours. I would not recommend!
