“The apartment was great with a fantastic view! There were just a few issues:1. The 4th bedroom is actually the maids room. The bedding was not very clean, the shower was not usable, this room also had the washer and dryer. 2. The dishes were dirty.3. “We had a very enjoyable stay at Playa Caracol. The unit was in excellent condition and well stocked with essentials. We suffered a number of service interruptions because of loss of electricity and internet. But these were suffered by all people at the resort. The property manager, Juan Bethancourth was an excellent help and helped immediately any time we had a problem. There was one major drawback - namely - the road from the main highway to the resort. “The apartment was immaculate. The decor is a perfect blend of the sea (which is off the balcony) and the woods (which is out the front window). Done very nicely. On the 3 previous stays our apartment choices were the ones who had alliances with the golf course so the amount of payment to play there for a month was 300.
