Prices are quoted by number of guests, each apartment is exclusive for the number of guests who reserve. Children must be included to calculate charge.

RENT INCLUDES:
- Tap water, 4Mbps Internet, propane gas for the kitchen, gardening service, apartment cleaning service every 4 nights of accommodation, bed linen and bath towels, change of bed linen and bath towels every 4 nights accommodation.
- Electric energy up to 20 kilowatt hours for each night of accommodation. An extra charge is made at a rate of USD 0.50 for each extra kilowatt consumed.
Guests are accommodated in 1 apartment. There will not be another tenant sharing that same apartment.
There are 4 identical apartments that share a swimming pool. 1 apartment is closed and is for the exclusive use of the owner who does not live on the beach. Only 3 apartments are offered for rent.
