The last time I visited San Juan we stayed in an Airbnb & it was very noisy and just overall not a great place to stay so we wanted to try a hotel this time. CasaBlanca Hotel was great! Hot water in the shower. Quiet despite being in the middle of the city. Great location & was able to walk everywhere! There are plenty of restaurants to try different foods in the area, coffee shops, as well as a pharmacy nearby and historical sites within walking distance. Cold AC kept us comfortable when we were resting. TV actually had cable which wasn’t a necessity obviously but a bonus when we were coming home late at night and wanted to watch a movie. The hotel has breakfast served there, a bar on the rooftop, and 24/7 free coffee bar in the lobby as well. They also offer to store your luggage before check in and after checkout if you have a late flight and want to explore the city while you wait. They also have a list of excursions you can book too at the front desk. Staff were accommodating & very friendly.

Muy contentos con nuestra estancia, el hotel esta justo en medio de todo el viejo San Juan, restaurantes y lugares principales. Nos quedamos en la parte virja del hotel, pero tengo entendido que hay una parte más nueva.

Overall stay was very good. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and staff was very friendly. The hotel is very old but with lots of charm. The rooftop hotel was nice!

What I like is that... it was quiete and clean. I didn't like the staff service, specially the ones in Front Desk. Starting with the check in, and the check out. Every question I made they were like, "no" to everything. They even locked me out of my room by 10:30am on check out day, when check out was at 11:00am. Then, they made me go to the Front Desk to get another key. The person in Front Desk dare to suggest that it was my fault to get locked out of my room, because usually people are in there room by 10:30 packing. Not the best experience, but the hotel has a good location.

Such a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Its an older building but in great shape compared to others. Rooms on main streets can be loud but otherwise very comfy rooms with good space. Loved the balcony! Would def stay again!

Local to everything! Very walkable to the historic district including El Morro, bars, restaurants and main port. It also had everything you need at the property including a restaurant, bar, rooftop, jacuzzi's and lounge areas. The staff was very friendly, helpful and personable. Will definitely book this hotel when staying in Old San Juan.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city. They have cold water in their lobby which really helps when you come out from the hot weather, and their coffee helps before you step out in the morning. Beautiful views from the rooftop, comfortable rooms, we had a good time overall.
