Overall good hotel, good amenities, nice things to do around the hotel and inside as well. My only criticism would probably be the rooms are starting to show their age so it doesn’t really match the rest of the hotel. The parking isn’t that great either. The best part of the hotel was the staff, everyone I spoke with or interacted with was helpful and friendly.

The staff were consistently welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast offered a satisfying start to each day. We particularly appreciated the flexibility in allowing an early check-in. The hotel's diverse amenities, including the casino, bowling alley, and pickleball courts, provided ample opportunities for recreation and enjoyment." Well worth it!

The pool area it was beautiful and we liked the pool bar a lot. We also ate in the indoor restaurant almost every night. Also, the hotel is in need of an update. The furniture in our room was stained and dirty. When I complained about it, they did bring us a new couch. Also, they didn't clean our room one night. And when we came back, we had no clean towels for showers. I had to go to the front desk and they brought clean towels up to our room.

The room rug had so many stains , the curtains were filthy , the vents had rust stains and mold in many areas of room . The balcony screws had rust . I woke up sneezing every morning from the dust and mold in room . I emailed embassy suites told them I was very disappointed I was there for a 7 year anniversary and was devastated. They emailed back just saying sorry we are under construction . They did not offer anything to be compensated. I told them I paid 5000 for unhealthy health violations and I have photos to support . They never responded . Expedia and Hilton should note it somewhere when these hotels are under renovations while taking people money and putting them in unsafe conditions. I would never do Hilton again

I have a lot of mixed feelings about this place. I loved it but there were also things about it I didn't like. Some of the things i liked was how the pool seems to be kid friendly at 3ft all the way around. Housekeeping was amazing. They would make my daughters bed different everyday, placing her stuffed animals in different areas. She would get excited to go to the room everyday to see what they did. The staff was very friendly and chef Jorge had such an amazing and welcoming energy. They also gave us free drinks and snacks everyday which was great. Some things I didn't like was how thin the walls were. You could hear everything. They had an event which is fine but the kids were very loud and screaming going to their room. They woke us up around midnight. The breakfast was the same thing everyday. No variety. Only thing that changed was the oatmeal. The toilet wouldn't flush at times, we had to get lifting the lid. The shower was clogged, but thankfully the hotel did take care of that right away.

The building could use some serious maintenance. I’m disappointed in the Hilton chain for letting it go HOWEVER the staff at the hotel is PHENOMENAL and that’s what made it great. It’s such a beautiful property in a great area but the actual building desperately needs remodeling. I had an ocean view suite and we had leaks from the vents and out from the bottom of the toilet. I must give the staff their flowers because they are such amazing people and so attentive to your needs.

A nice place but with a few issues. The parking requires quite a walk from your car to the hotel unless you pay for Valet Parking. No "Cart" available to take heavy bags or items to your room unless you pay the staff to take it up for you. And there is only ONE cart!! So if someone else requested the staff to bring up their stuff, you will have to wait your turn. The rooms have a small fridge and have a terrace for you to sit in and enjoy the views. The breakfast they offer was amazing! The only bad part is that it gets very crowded in the mornings. My only issue with this hotel is that they charge you a daily parking & resort fee that they take from your "deposit" that comes to about $500 a week. So add that cost to your total.

Our stay was quite expensive, especially considering that parking, the restaurants, bowling alley, and GoCars within the hotel facilities all require separate payment, with no discounts offered to guests. The hotel does not provide any additional perks or benefits for those staying on-site. Even the lounge chairs by the pool must be rented, which was disappointing.There were no alternative activities provided during uncontrollable events, such as the weather conditions we experienced during our stay. This would have been appreciated.The dining area is very small for a hotel of this category. During the weekend, it was overcrowded. We had to sit four people at a very small table for breakfast, which was uncomfortable.The pool restrooms were not clean and had plumbing issues — the toilets did not flush properly. ***On a positive note, the staff was ALWAYS friendly and the rooms were clean and well-kept.

Overall it was great! Staff was friendly, pool area was great. The rooms and hallways were dated and could use some updating. The lobby was pretty. Different food options would have been better, like convenient food other than the pool bar, which was very good. We had one day with some kind of teens field trip that was a little annoying but we just stayed on the beach for the day until they left and then went back to the pool. Parking was a little inconvenient, a little walking distance and our key never seemed to work to get out, we ended up having to pay on the last day so we could get to the airport as there was no staff on duty. Overall, I would recommend the hotel. The breakfast was good and the evening reception was an added bonus.
