Santorini Villa OceanParkPool BeachHouse

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. A completely remodeled house with 9 bedrooms, all with their OWN private bathrooms. Located in San Juan's only beach front gated community, Ocean Park. The 6,000 square foot two structure, is one block from the ocean.

This amazing space is our private home which includes two buildings connected through the private backyard. All for the private use of your group.

We provide:
-High speed fiber optic internet
-AC all over the home
-Parking for up to 4 cars
-New furniture all over the space
- One of the few homes in the area with Power Generator and Water Cistern
-We partner with local transportation services, tours, chefs and other providers so we can offer exceptional services to our guests
-Ask for additional celebration amenities upon arrival and supervise your group (*Additional fees)

Other things to note
The home is monitored by a security company 24/7. There are cameras on the outside perimeter of the home (no filming inside or on guest accessed areas).

Guest will be able to access all areas in the home, including backyard and the private pool.

We will greet you and be available to assist anytime.

Private residence inside a the Ocean Park gated community. The pedestrian access to the streets are locked after 8PM and the only access is through the beach or the security guard.

Uber and private tour buses can pick guests right in front of the home. The property is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the jogging and tennis park on the Ultimo Trolley park.

The home is monitored by a security company 24/7. There are cameras on the outside perimeter of the home (no filming inside or on guest accessed areas).

Please note: You will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit (with a processing fee of $15) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
We love hosting guests, and we want you to have a great time. By booking our place, you agree that you read the rental agreement and house rules and that you and your guests will comply with them. RESERVATIONS: Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid ID must be provided at booking.
CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS: These will be sent to you by email, you are responsible for accessing this information prior to your arrival. Call us in advance if you have any questions.
OCCUPANCY – Guests will use the property only for the dates and times determined in the reservation. The occupancy of the property (reservation dates) begins on the date and time established for check-in and is completed on the check-out date and established time. Unless a previous late check-out is agreed by Capital Jetset and the guest(s) in writing, guests are expected to leave the premises on this established check-out date and time. Guest(s) acknowledges that in case they refuse to leave the premises on the established check-out time and date, they will be prosecuted by the law under the "Ley de Hoteleros de 1995 de Puerto Rico" and further charges for trespassing private property will be applied. Guest(s) acknowledge that they will be liable for all costs including but not limited to legal procedures, administration fees, and other expenses, incurred by Capital Jetset, its representatives, buildings or communities, and property owners in case of a guest(s) required eviction.
Guest(s) shall not use, occupy, or permit the described premises or any part thereof to be used or occupied by third parties or for any unlawful, illegal, immoral, or hazardous purpose.
All guests are expected to be respectful of residents, personnel, neighbors, and all living creatures while staying at the property and building. We have zero-tolerance for disrespectful, rude, loud, or violent visitors. We have the right to cancel reservations that cause any threats, situations that disrupt the community's well-being or involve the police. In these rare cases, guests will be escorted out of the property at the moment and no refunds will be granted.
MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF GUESTS ALLOWED-The maximum occupancy in this property is stated on your reservation, no additional guests may stay overnight at risk of having your reservation canceled without a refund. Do not give door access codes or keys to strangers. The person booking is responsible for any damages, keep this in mind when allowing others to stay at the property.
EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. It is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before the agreed time. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early.
LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your check-out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price.
PARTIES / QUIET HOURS-We have a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. A noise detection sensor installed in the unit notifies us of high decibel levels. Loud music or a party occurs at over 75 decibels. We will provide one notification when the system detects over 75 decibels over 10 minutes and if the event occurs again, our staff reserves the right to cancel the reservation and request your immediate check out of the property. No refunds will be granted. Breaking this rule will result in a $200 fine. Quiet hours start at 9 pm until 8 am.
CANCELLATION POLICY – Review the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.
SMOKING-This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes , cigars and hookas. Breaking this rule will result in a $300-$500 additional charge and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking. A smoke sensor installed in the unit notifies us of smoking inside the property. There are no exceptions to Cannabis even with a license. Incense and candles are also prohibited.
CLEANING-Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, cleans dishes, takes the trash out, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel; it is a vacation rental. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100. Any bodily fluid stains on linens or furniture will incur in additional charges beginning at $25 apiece.
LOST KEYS: - Cost to replace the following items: home key sets $300. Please keep them safe.

Great, spacious place to stay near the beach

Our group of 15 had plenty of space in this beautiful home near the beach. Plenty of bedrooms and private bathrooms and a large kitchen with all the amenities you would need. The courtyard and pool were great for morning coffee, afternoon fun, and a relaxing evening. The management company was very responsive to questions that arose during our stay. A few things in the complex are in need of minor maintenance, but overall the property is in great condition. Bring beach towels as these may not be provided. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Would do it again!

As with any home away from home, things are different. However, this house offered great amenities: private rooms with each bedroom having its own bathroom, huge kitchen space, 3 additional half bathrooms, in-house pool, good common space; great beach access, and decent access to restaurants. Communicating with managers of the property was very easy and welcoming. Things to consider would include: insect repellent, distance from various interests (I.e., zip lining, rain forest, water activities), driving/road dynamics that are very different from home. Otherwise, try it, you’ll probably love it!
