This property was decent just for sleep and still have a problem whit the hallway light,its keep goin on and off every 5 seconds at night hard to sleep,i have to put a tower in the door just to try to keep the room dark,the light its way to bright,also the toilet was working fine until 3 day after,the toilet wasnt flushing at all,clogged toilet and i even can use the bathroom anymore.the comunicationwhit the owner was awfull,only 1 toilet paper for the all 8 days i stay there,only one small garbage bag at the bathroom only,,the parking was so so,,and defenetly not stayn here again ever,it needs to improve a lot,then the keys,u have to use the keys to open and close the front door,then also have to use the keys to open and to close the room door whit the keys,which its take u some time to open and close doors whit the keys,laundry was also 4 dollars in quaters,they have 4 machines there,they should have it for free for clients,then another tenant have his clothes in the machine for 2 days in a row,and its not control of it,so,overall,not stayn there again,the owner wasnt nice at all.need more customer service training.

My room was given to someone else because their door wasn't working so they gave me a SMALL, MUSTY smelling room for the night. The following day I got my room but had to pay $30 in uber to hurry back although I said I would be out because it was taking all morning to be fixed. But they NEEDED the small room so rushed me. They offered a measly $20 compensation while in the airport although I kept asking about it during my stay.

Everyone was pleasant and answered any questions I had. They also helped with a problem I had. The rooms were clean and the area was quiet.I would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

We needed somewhere to stay for one night as we arrived at SJU around midnight. This place was probably less than a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport, felt safe, and was clean. Very easy to get into and the host had great communication.

Liked we had our own parking. Liked having extra towels. Liked how secure the doors were. Liked the washers and dryers even tho this trip I didn’t need them, but maybe next time. Liked the curtain over our front door. Liked the brand new iron. Liked the hot water in the shower. Didn’t like that our remote was broken, didn’t like the light above the bed, it was too close and I kept hitting my head with it. Lol

The bed was confortable, the air conditioner was great, water pressure in shower average, hot water great. The cons mold in closet, found hair in showr and some towels were dirty. Fire alarm dismantled and needed batteries. Tv loud and no volume control, well appointed kitchen, appreciated cold water in fridge. Overall location good for airport trip. Suggest you park and then use uber.

This was a great first night stay when we came. The neighborhood is a bit questionable but the property is nice, clean, great communication. We were pleasantly surprised expecting two beds in one room and it had 2 rooms with separate beds. Love that the parking was so close to doors. I would stay here again.
