If you have a room by the pool area it has no iron. Room service is also only per specific request. I requested room service and I received a clear plastic bag with two clean towels inside. Nothing more.

This has been my worst experience so far this year. I am Puerto Rican and I know how beautiful is my island and this hotel does not represent what my culture is. The staff is rude incompetent they do not help you at all. They do not explain you how the process goes Just for you to know the parking is $21 every night which is OK but you have to get a ticket and bring it to the front desk every time you get in and out, which is super annoying because the front desk always has a line so you have to do a line in order to be able to exit and get out of the parking. The lady in the front desk is super rude and gives you attitude for no reason I mean if you have rooms that are all dirty and the bathroom is falling apart. At least you expect a good customer service in front desk well, no this is not the case. You have a terrible room full of scratches and dirt. The bathroom falling apart and then on top of that you have the rude people in the front desk. Thankfully, the restaurant was OK of course it was overpriced, but the food was good so I guess that’s a good thing and the location. It’s a good location, but the facilities of this hotel are really bad. They do not look at all like on the pictures in the app. I suggest to people to do a little bit more research about this hotel before making a reservation because it’s very expensive and it’s not worth it. The part that really makes me very sad is the negative vibe of the front desk. There are a lot of better hotels available in PR

When the reservation was booked, we weren’t told that there was construction at the property. Normal hours for construction work starts at 9am, but at the hotel, specifically the floor right above ours, they started hammering at 7am every day

Hotel is conveniently located near airport, Walking distance to beach and many restaurants, shops and casinos. However, rooms need updating, water temperature was irregular and never hot, just warm. Friendly staff. Restaurant in hot offers good food for all 3 meals including a coffee shop. New pool area but hot tub wasnt working and the pool bar was still under construction but they did have a make shift bar for. They also offer a free shuttle to the beach club where you have free access to the pools and beach.

No se nos notificó que el hotel estaría realizando unos ajustes de remodelación y justamente 8:30 am comenzaron a romper en la habitación de al lado los ruidos fueron terribles que tuve que abandonar el hotel antes del horario del checkout pedí que se podría recibir de ayuda al respecto solo me ofrecieron unas disculpas por no haber ellos no haber notificado sobre lo de la remodelación mostré los videos del ruido insoportable y solo me dijo que podrían regalarme unos café sin costo alguno a lo cual notifiqué no gracias

This property was very convenient and close to all other properties and stores . Samuel was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made our trip even better! I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Overall it was a good stay. It’s convenient and 3 minute walkable distance to the beach was the cherry on top. It is also located near many food and convenience store places. Unfortunately, our room was only cleaned once throughout our whole stay. Also, you only get really thin sheets as a comforter and if you are always cold like me, you will need an additional blanket. I had to purchase my own at a near Walgreens because even though I would turn off the air conditioner, the room remained very cold. They remain under construction as I saw in other review comments. Also, I did not try out their shuttle to the pool club but that is something they provide. Their pool is also nice.
