Completely furnished, internet two big TV's Restaurant hotels and bars within walking distance...great night life..17th floor beautiful water views from the bay! front door camaras for your safety...24/7 security, beach chairs and cooler available...
Best beaches in San Juan..uber available, keyless entry comfortable and upgraded...sorry building does not allow pets.. children under 13 must have prior approval...sorry no accommodations for infants.
keyless electronic lock check yourself in and out...Parking upon request $5 dollars per day except for longer than 10 days stay. Apt for 3 people only $50 per day for a 3rd and 4th person! must give notice for approval. Wheelchairs are not allowed inside the apt. they must be left outside! Great location, safe and clean

Kitchen had everything you need (even basic condiments) Location was great: direct beach access, pool, kids playground, grill stations, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants within walking distance Not ocean view but it over looks the city, San José Lagoon and mountains at a distance. You can also spot planes making final approach. Since it is located on 17th, the noise from street was not big problem. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler provided. Lounge chairs available for rent at beach There was also a massage tent. Bed was very comfortable (pillow top but firm) Did not try the sofa bed but looked big enough for 2.

Awesome

It was right on the beach, it was a perfect stay. There was a strip of bars and restaurants right infront of the condo as well which was amazing as they stay open all night. The area is a safe and convenient place as well. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

The stay was nice. I felt like the property manager was watching us. We had two white towels. For 5 days. If we needed to bring towels or anything I think it should have been in the description. She was upset I brought my daughter. I apologized. Don’t think it mattered with a condo that sleeps four. She was very nit picky. Never have had any host treat us this way on a trip.

50th birthday

My friend Jen and I were celebrating our 50th birthdays. The condo was super cute and perfect for us! The beach is right outside the back door of the condo building and plenty of restaurants in walking distance from quick and easy to really nice and fancy! Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Condo in Great Beach location

We enjoyed regular communications from the owner/manager regarding our stay. The unit is exactly as shown in the listing. We loved watching the nightly activity and hopping down to the beach/pool every day. Great location to everything by foot or by car if you decide to rent one. Parking is included which was amazing for us as we toured the island. We will absolutely stay again.

Beautiful home

This property was gorgeous!! Beautifully decorated. Host added so many personal touches to elevate our stay. Host communicated throughout booking giving a clear description of the condo and how to get in. The location was right in the middle of everything. No car needed to explore the area but the available parking space is a wonderful option. Proximity to the beach was less than 2 minutes (beach towels, chair, cooler and umbrella avail). We also loved the view from the balcony. Thank you for staying on the phone with us until we got it. You are truly a blessing.

Isla Verde beach get away

This property has everything you need great with accommodation upto 3. Everything was extremely clean and updated. I would definitely recommend it. The only negative is the pizza city is right across the street and you can hear everything. Otherwise it is a great location. Dee was very responsive to any of our needs.

Loved our stay!

Dee was very prompt and communicative with us before we even booked! The room was great and as advertised and the location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, water pressure was good, and a/c was powerful. We really enjoyed the beach access, too!

Amazing location & great comfy condo!

Communication with host was amazing before our arrival & only time we had a question they were easily available. This is a great spot with everything you need to make for a comfortable & relaxing get away. Location is perfect for those that want to be able to just walk to plenty of places to eat & play!

Good location

Excellent location right next to the beach. If you walk west on the beach, there’s less activity and you can find a less crowded spot. The kitchen had a blender, coffee maker, microwave, stove, and air fryer. Plenty of knives, dishes, pots, and pans. There were also some beach toys, two beach chairs, and a few beach towels. AC worked well. It was great to have a kitchen and separate bedroom. The balcony was good for lounging. The street noise is a bit loud on the weekends, but I was able to sleep well with a pair of earplugs. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Walgreens is right across the street and police station is just down the block. The parking spot in the basement is quite convenient, though I’m glad we rented a compact car because the space is a bit small. The owner was very available by text when we had questions. Highly recommend!

City Living

Very close to everything in the city a plus even with a car or Uber. However, it was a lot noisier than I expected especially given that we were on the 17th floor. Extra beach/bath towels would be helpful for longer stays. I would suggest sharing an inventory of what is actually available for use in apartment; for example, we only saw two beach chairs at first then found/saw others at the end of trip. King bed was very comfortable!

Amazing Vacation

Very clean close to transportation the building was very quite. I l9ved the pool area and the beach was 20 steps away. Amazing place to stay. I will definitely stay here again.
