“I called the property to make sure they are wheelchair friendly. They said yes since they have elevator but they didn't mention that there comfort room (CR) was on another level of the room. Hence, it was difficult for our elderly who needed to use the many times the CR.”

“Its roght next door to shopping center. Thr downside is the bed is so hard like a rock. My suggestion they should put pillow topper on the bed. I didnt have much sleep because if the brd ”
