“We got our confirmation and access codes very quick. I am so thankful that they were able to communicate with me in English. They were very patient and kind.
Our room was very clean and came with bath amenities including slippers and bottles of water! The memory foam top bed is amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was also great- fresh croissants, ham, salami, amazing yogurt with yummy granola. Margaret made us fresh cappuccino and espresso.

“We wanted a hotel with parking close to the ferry terminal for the next morning. This fit the bill. It was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful especially with a lot of luggage. “Got back from the Bagnara two days ago and had the most wonderful stay at Victoria Grand Hotel.
The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help and make my stay enjoyable.
The hotels restaurant serves one of the best pasta dishes.
A big shout out to Mirium and Perier who most helpful.
The general manager Frank was amazing. He went out of his way to take us round the island and show us all the lovely spots.
