Friendly Staff met us in the lobby. Check-in process was quick and efficient. Room was clean, well stocked with coffee, microwave, refrigerator, towels, etc. I will stay there again when I visit that area.

I was surprised at how nice this Inn was. The room was spacious and new. I liked that there was a fridge and microwave and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was renovated. It was very modern. The front desk staff was nice and we got an early check in. It was in a good location.

The inn ground is nice, clean. Our excutive room is spacious, clean, nice comfy bed, bedding, pilows. The room has plenty of lamps and seats. The room is located upstair in the koi pond lush area. The improvements much needed is a new bathub and the sink counter top level raised up (current level is too low for even me, a 5ft height person). I thought the inn is smoke free but there's an ash tray stand near the koi pond. Luckily, there was no one smoking there during our stay.

Very nice place. A bit pricey compared to 8 other hotels we stayed in just as nice coming down from Washington. A breakfast would have been nice as most offer that now. Being on the road it’s appreciated. Room was clean and bed was comfy. We were in the back of the hotel and it was a bit noisy from the run down homes in the rear area.

This property charged my credit card 2 times and even after they talked to my bank to confirm my card had been charged twice they did nothing to fix or help the situation. They just kept denying it has happened. They then said the general manager would call and they never did! Worst customer service!

The hotel is in a commercial area which is vaguely sketchy but the hotel itself is very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Very comfy bed, front desk people were all lovely.

Good location. Nice pool area. Front desk very helpful. My only negative was that we received a call from the front desk about room next to us complaining we were too loud at 9:30 PM. I thought that was a little early for that complaint.

The rooms are very clean and updated. Our beds are very comfortable. The pool is well heated and lovely. The office staff are helpful and patient. It’s very quiet. A great place for kids as well as adults. It’s within walking distance of restaurants. They offered happy hour at the pool, featuring a winery of the week and appetizers, which every nice.
