We changed our hotel at the last minute and are so happy we stayed at Beach Inn and Suites! We received a gate code and parking lot code so could get in easily and on our own schedule. We were so pleasantly surprised to see how massive our room was. With a king and full bed, our family of four slept great. The room was clean, decorated so cute and made for a cozy stay. The hotel had plenty of beach towels, beach toys, and was a one minute walk to the beach as well as to a swing set- our kids were in heaven. Plus, the room had a massive tv with Netflix all set up for nice sleepy evenings after long beach days. Will definitely be returning!

Loved that it was a 2min walk to the pier/beach. Loved the secured parking inside the gate with code entry. Loved code entry into the room super convenient. Staff was friendly and responsive. They even had beach towels/toys for the kids (even though my kids are older, it was still very cute and thoughtful). Not to mention the views were everything!

The room we picked with the best view, the heater didn’t work. We were moved to a different room with a discount which was appreciated. The second room was very beautiful with not quite as good of a view. The heater also blew out cool air but was warmer. Appreciative for the staff but disappointed in the heaters not working well, especially on a cold day.

This property was a nice surprise, we had a view of the ocean and boardwalk it was well kept and the desk representative was helpful and very pleasant. She made the experience even better. It was great that the property had an elevator since we were traveling with my mom and also heavy luggage. This was also February and it was very quiet. Unit 208 was great and I would stay there again.

The room was great and right near the beach and downtown! Took our family of 5 and with a toddler it was wonderful. Plenty of space inside and on balcony for her to run around and enjoy safely! Only down side for my father was the elevator was down that day but only one flight of stairs. The pullout sofa bed was a little thin for us heavier set folks but we made it work! The staff was amazing kind and nice and reached out notifying us of an early check in available. The items for use was awesome to have available as well (pots pans utensils and even beach toys for the kids and beach towels) Highly recommend

Location is amazing. Staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The coffee pot in the room didn’t work and the staff tried to fix before bringing in another one. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Bathroom needs a little updating as light fixture was rusty looking. We asked for and got a late checkout.

Had two rooms. No heat in the first turned out to be dead batteries. Second room no heat. Was told to use space heater in closet. No heater in closet so borrowed from the other room. No outlet in bathroom for heater and was given an extension cord. Was told maintenance folks not due back till tomorrow. Turns out batteries were also dead in second room thermostat but she had left for the night. Told we had Netflix and we did if we signed into our own account. Never any apologies…truly seemed to care less. Location and stay was great otherwise but need some preventative maintenance.

We liked the spacious room with a balcony and the view of ocean and the beach. We enjoyed the ocean view and surfing through folding-glass wall while watching football games on a large screen TV. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchenette with a stove and a large fridge made possible to cook for my husband’s special diet. (He recently had a gallbladder surgery done so he had to stick to low fat, low cholesterol, and low calorie diet.) Watching the sunset over the ocean while having a dinner in the room was romantic. We also liked the location. Beaches, famous restaurants and convenient stores were all in walkable distances. The gated garage and locked gates of building gave us a peace of mind at night and extra portable heater kept us warm throughout the nights. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the Beach House Inn & Suites.

This place is BIG for the price and ROOMY…. Love that it’s centered in the middle of everything you need and if at the BEACH.. you can just walk back to room in 2 minutes …. We’ll be BACK
