The waiter was really great. I booked a room on the 24th, but I forgot that I arrived on the 23rd. The waiter was very good and helped me change it to the 23rd. I really recommend it. The waiter was super patient.

Apart from 1 blind that you had to yank down hard to close the place was lovely. We parked in front of our room, got some yummy coffee and tea at the front desk and some candy and were able to easily walk downtown and see the otters and sea life plus lots of bars and restaurants. They have a lovely seating area in the "garden" to enjoy Morro rock and the outdoors. Enjoyed this stay and the excellent coffee.

Great place to stay! Safe/quite area. Nice updates from a recent remodel. Convenient to lots of restaurants in town. Only downside was the floor in our room needed cleaned better.

Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig, kleiner als gedacht, sauber, recht weiche Betten. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Kaffeemaschine mit einer Portion Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Man hört nachts nur die Möwen und Seehunde. Toller Blick auf den Morro Rock. Süße Lädchen, gutes Essen. Abends ist in der Vorsaison vieles 5 p.m. geschlossen.

I have stayed at this property before and enjoyed it so I returned. The hotel needs some work, the door to our room was very hard to open and close and the blind on the window was broken. The gal who was in the office in the morning was rude.

The location was perfect and everything was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the coverings for the windows don't block out the outdoor light so a sleep mask may be helpful for those who like it really dark.

Nicely renovated old-style motel overlooking lovely Morro Rock, bay and the estuary. Many rooms have a nice view out the front window. Easy walk to wonderful waterfront shops and restaurants. The room was not large, but very clean and comfortable with nice bathroom shower, fridge, microwave and a little table with 2 chairs. Comfortable bed with good bedding and towels. Easy free parking. The front desk person was very friendly and welcoming. When we had to cancel our last night due to illness, she assisted us in getting a refund which was very much appreciated.

We had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up and check us in, there were two other families waiting as well. Who goes to lunch between 4-5 pm on a Friday? Plus there is limited parking, our room did not have an “ocean view”, was just a mediocre hotel.
