“Rivera de Moras es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos desde hace 5 años, y ahora que también tiene hospedaje he ido 2 veces a quedarme en este año. El precio se me hace accesible y me encanta la facilidad del restaurante para desayunar y comer ahí mismo, la vista al lago es preciosa y algunas habitaciones tienen buena vista y jacuzzi. Cuenta con una pequeña alberca. El personal es muy amable siempre. IMPORTANTE, no cuenta con servicio de restaurante en la noche, pero hay varias tiendas y……

Mi queja es con hoteles.com me hicieron un cargo por una persona extra en mi estado de cuenta, en repetidas ocasiones traté de comunicarme atención a clientes para aclarar que solo éramos dos personas pero en todos mis intentos no pude solucionar mi aclaración, es muy frustrante comunicarle con una grabadora que no ofrece soluciones y solo entorpece la comunicación. Espero y el personal les mi queja por este medio y me puedan explicar por qué……

“Charming atmosphere, welcoming staff and unique! Furnishings and courtyard area were beautifully decorated. Stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed our room. Very clean and daily delicious breakfast . The chilaquilles verde were my favorite! Super comfy bed and wonderful shower! Felt very secure with our garden suite and in room safe.”
