“The apartment was really nice, well-furnished, and inviting. It had a great kitchen, really good shower, and air conditioning. I really appreciate the owner coordinating someone to meet us at the boat station and walking us to the apartment. We had a couple of small issues that we worked through with the clothes washer, but other than that we thought the apartment and location were excellent. We would really recommend this apartment. ”

“最麻煩是於下午2時後check in要先通知該酒店，因為reception 會沒人。聯絡通訊又只有電話，十分不便。職員到入住前一天的下午才問我幾點入住。而且我到步前沒有回覆，幸好在大門遇上一對夫婦才可以進入酒店。職員把鎖鑰放在信封內，就放在門口的小桌旁。房較細,衛生不錯，但只有很單薄的被，半夜會凍醒。”

“Good location, near the Accademia Bridge. Only minor issue is if using all 3 rooms, one of the rooms is also the kitchen/common area, so be aware.”
