“This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order.”

“The host is great, responded to the messages quickly and offered some additional info about visiting Venice. We were greeted personally and got a tour around the property.
The brand-new unit is very spacious, comfortable, and has a giant terrace. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is a 5-minute walk to the train station. As the building is new, the washer has not been installed yet, and the Wi-Fi has not been connected.”

Excellent location to Venice
"The hotel is very closed to the central station, 2 mins walk, easy to find and the street is safe. Only 10pm one train to Venice. Restaurants, cafe and supermarkets are also within walking distance. The owner is super friendly. I will choose this place if I come back again. "

Clean and New Hotel
"The hotel itself is new and clean. The bed was comfy.
It’s located in a more industrial like zone. Not much actions or must take a train or a taxi to Venezia.
However, despite having ViP member status of hotels.com, it’s claimed to have some VIP benefits. However , I was not upgraded nor provided the $10 credit during my stay. The late check is only until 12:30 despite the hotel looks low occupancy during my check out . That’s a pity. "

"Bathroom stinks with smell of urine.
Can hear everything in the hallway/next door.
Location is okay with walking distance to train/bus station. But the unbearable smell was a real deal breaker.
Their family room is clean and ok; Try getting family room, or never."
