“This is a great property in the middle of the Sicilian countryside. The property is very, very clean and full of character. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower. There is a washing machineand the water supply i always reliable. Giulio is a great host and replied quickly to all our needs. There is a very comfortable sofa bed, which will accomodate two people no problem in the main living area. We will certainly come back!”

“We had a wonderful family holiday at the property from 23 July to 3 August. The secluded location up a track was hard to find at first at night, but it's seclusion is a highlight of staying here.Our host Carmello warmly welcomed us with a house tour and left clear instructions for WiFi and local tips.The property was much larger than expected, with a spacious kitchen, huge dining table (unused as we ate outside), and a cozy living room with three sofas. “Die Wohnung geht über 2 1/2 Etagen und ist schön mit Keramikfliesen ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer liegt im großen Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, dier Betten sind bequem. In wenigen Minuten sind zentrale Plätze erreicht.”

“La nostra opinione sull’appartamento della signora Rosanna è estremamente negativa!
Avevamo prenotato a marzo 2019, ossia 4 mesi prima del nostro arrivo per un soggiorno che sarebbe dovuto durare 35 giorni.
Nel descrivere la proprietà su Homeaway.it, era contemplato l'uso del garage privato. Questa caratteristica oltre alla descrizione generale dell’appartamento ci ha motivato a scegliere questa casa.
Giunti a Niscemi tuttavia abbiamo scoperto che la signora Rosanna non aveva ancora ottenuto……

“Nous étions 4 couples de retraités.
La remise des clés s'effectue via la sœur de la propriétaire qui est très disponible et nous accompagne sur le site.
La location étant située en pleine campagne, le chemin pour s'y rendre est surprenant au 1er voyage mais cela se mérite et c'est un gage de calme.
La propriétaire vit à l'étranger et n'a pas hésité à communiquer régulièrement avec nous, très soucieuse de notre séjour.
La maison est adaptée pour un groupe comme le nôtre, elle est bien……

“This rental was not as advertised. Old food left in fridge and cabinets. Overwhelming smoke smell in apartment that was supposed to be non smoking. Bed linens were stained. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Dishwasher door missing and inside very dirty. Not worth the money we paid at all. ”

“Zeer mooi huis met echt alle faciliteiten, prachtige tuin, zeer groot zwembad en bijzonder rustig en mooi gelegen. 10 min tijden van supermarkt en dorp (Chiaramonte Gulfi), auto wel noodzakelijk. De eigenaar is bijzonder communicatief en behulpzaam. Deel voor vakantie met gezin of vrienden, op een klein uurtje rijden van de mooiste baroksteden.”

“Es war einfach toll. Ruhige abgelegene Lage in mitten von Olivenplantage. Der Pool war sauber und wurde regelmäßig vom Eigentümer gereinigt. Im Übrigen wirklich sehr nette Vermieter. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Es war einfach ein trahafter Urlaub. Allerdings sollte man nur mit dem Auto anreisen, da die Villa etwas abgelegen ist.”

“Très belles prestations : beau jardin, décoration extérieure, piscine très grande et très bien entretenue.Logement bien équipé et décoré avec goût.
L’annonce mériterait d’être plus claire car les chambres sont totalement séparées de l’espace de vie ce qui surprend quand on arrive (chambres dans la maison et salon/cuisine le long de la piscine). ”
