“We had a wonderful week at the boathouse- it really is the most spectacular and unique place to stay. The view from the house is breathtaking with a vast kitchen and living area. Portofino and Santa Margerita are beautiful towns but very expensive! ”

“Der Aufenthalt ist sehr angenehm. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind, wie der gesamte Komplex, einfach perfekt. Einzig die Auffahrt auf den Monte San Giacomo ist ab und zu ein wenig abenteuerlich. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Objekt in bester Lage mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, aber auch vielen Rückzugsorten sollte manmal eine Auszeit brauchen.”

“This place is an amazing find and great value for what it has to offer. As part of LHP the appartment was done following the same look and ammenities of the 5 stars LHP Santa Margherita Palace Hotel (where I stayed last year and reviewed it with a 5 star rating). Clean, comfortable, with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms it is a lot more spacious than any hotel room if you don't mind not having every day service (I didn't). The large balcony offers spectacular views !”

“The apartment was perfect and set up as advertised. The AC was a HUGE bonus and location could not have been more perfect. We enjoyed our stay and the beach and waterfront are so close. As expected the parking was tricky but the communication from Giorgio was outstanding so we didn’t have any hiccups. I highly recommend this!!!”
