“Our stay was lovely! The views are beautiful and the cabin was comfortable and clean. The only downside was that we had to bring a bit more than we expected - bed sheets, shampoo, body soap, bath towels, etc. The dock did not match what was shown in the listing. Thank you to the hosts for a memorable and fun weekend at the lake!”

“Overall, the place was pleasant and description relatively accurate. But the gas stove top and refrigerator were old and really need replacement. With a new fridge, induction cooktop, and small air fryer, this place would be much more functional. Replacing the old toilet would also be a nice upgrade. That said, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place with the noted upgrades if you plan to cook anything. ”

“It is hard to decribe this stunning resort, since it has so many cool, luxurious, state of the art and at same time rustic details. Our cabin was perfect, it has own private bathroom, just steps away.(very serene and peaceful, cause you can hear the owls and see millions of stars at night) Mattras and linen excellent quality. There is a saloon, a ranch livingroom, a chef's kitchen all included. We got a ranch tour and Carly is the perfect, relaxed and super knowledgeable person to show us……

“The boat house had great views of the lake from every room. The lake was clean but cold, which did not stop the kids from jumping in repeatedly from the dock. The fishing was fun and the boat traffic was minimal. We would definitely stay again. ”

“After driving past Pheasants, a Turkey Vulture, deer and 3 turkeys we arrived at Woodpecker and our collective bodies relaxed as our smiles went up Been wanting to get away, unplug and enjoy lake living and we sure as heck did Having our own dock with SUPs and a kayak at our disposal, as well as that view, we were at a want of nothing. Rented a pontoon boat for a day of cruising around then back to Woodpecker for BBQ, Bday cake and gifts Here we are 3 days out from our stay and we are still……

“We just spent four days there with our family and best friends. We loved being right on the lake! The property owners and on-site property. Managers are absolutely awesome! So thoughtful for their communication and productivity. Sitting out on the balcony in the evening is dreamy. There are beautiful, white light strong all throughout the trees, and the view of the lake is stunning. The house is older, but has been upgraded. It is a Lakehouse, so I imagine that people to come and stay there……

“Amazing place to spend quality time with family. Parking is the only thing I have to complain about and the oven. Very tight space for one vehicle other than that it was perfect. Definitely coming back!”

“The property was all that it promised. We enjoyed the all amenities especially the pool and hot tub despite the cooler weather. Sunsets and cotton clouds added to the atmosphere. Only thing was that the barbecue grill didn't get enough heat and flame didn't work well so we weren't able to use it. Would come back again to unplug and rejuvenate from the day to day grind. Thank you for the memories! ”

“Updated roomy unit with modern appliances was perfect for a girls get away. Enjoyed the private patio. Mattress was very comfortable. Just minutes from Paso Robles. ”

“We absolutely loved this property. It's out of town and off a gravel road. Beautiful rolling hills and lots of wildlife. The backyard is perfect for relaxing, reading, grilling or having a party. Lots of birds, quail and rabbits to keep you company. Evenings are so beautiful as the sun sets. Morning coffee on the patio was just perfect and it's so quiet and peaceful. The place was clean and comfortable. Good internet and TV. Kitchen was fully functional. Even a garage to park in with laundry.……

"On the whole thing is good .the free breakfast is very good, but the room curtains are not overall shading curtains, which can not block the light in the middle, which affects the quality of sleep. at night, the lights on the street are very bright through the room and can not fall asleep."
