Me he quedado ya varias veces en el Hotel, y mi experiencia siempre había sido estupenda, decidí reservarles como regalo a mis amigos por su aniversario, y todo iba bien pero la señorita de recepción es verdaderamente mal educada, llamé un día antes para confirmar que no tendrían problema para hacer el check in (ya que estaba a mi nombre) y las contestaciones de la señorita fueron nefastas, tanto los últimos mensajes de WhatsApp en los que claramente no ponía atención a lo que le preguntaba así como a la llamada que tuve que hacer debido a lo mismo. Ella fue lo único malo.

Noise from the bar and no elevator. Also the room numbering was preposterous. Room 230 was in between 112 and 114. 113 was on the top most floor with all the 200 numbers.

The hotel is a great location and has nice rooftop bar Selina. They put us in an interior room close to the bar, #006. It smelled moldy / musty. There was no ac and was rather warm during the night since the only window opened to the hallway. Recommend if you can request a better room than what we had.

El personal del hotel es muy ruidoso y poco cortés, desde las 7 am ponen su musica a todo volumen y no dejan descansar, azotan todo mientras hacen el aseo. Las habitaciones tienen mucha humedad por la poca ventilacion que tienen, la ropa de cama olia por supuesto a humedad, no hay quien te ayude a llevar tus cosas asi lleves 1000 maletas

This property is a hot mess, but the staff shares in the joke and tries their very best to help. Also, the location can't be beat. However, the hotel is broken, in a charming way, but still broken. I can't recommend it.

Great location. Terrible smell & front desk staff

The front desk staff seems absolutely miserable and annoyed if you ask for the bathroom key or a 2nd room key. The room was fantastic and the location is excellent. However the hot water takes 6-15 minutes to get hot and all of our attempts to cover the shower drain due to horrible smells were unsuccessful. And again, the front desk staff is really terrible. I hate even having to write that! We also had to flush our toilet 15+ times to clear it so we just went up to the rooftop bar bathrooms to go. Those toilets seem to work fine and we were not putting paper in the toilets.

Pretty but not functional

Lovely looking hotel, the bed was comfy but there were issues with the smell in our bathroom, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly and there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. We complained at the desk, and all the receptionist could say was sorry, we asked if we could get a late check out as we’d had so much trouble with the shower (my 81 year old grandmother had to shower cold) we were told to pay an extra 500 pesos. We complained more about the service and told we would have been offered breakfast if we didn’t already say we were going out, but I think that was a lie. The hotel looks amazing but the poor facilities and staff have let it down.

Está totalmente descuidada, el baño hizo un ruido toda la noche en la tubería y por la mañana no tuvimos agua caliente. La calidad de las sábanas, toallas y papel de baño son pésimas.
