Goze de todas las comodidades de un hogar donde ud y su familia estarán muy cómodos, la casa cuenta con una sala muy cómoda, cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, cama matrimonial en el cuarto principal, dos camas individuales en el segundo cuarto, parqueo para dos vehículos y cuarto de lavandería. estamos a tan solo minutos del centro de San Miguel y Metro Centro.

Great Home away from home

We had an easy check-in. We loved that there was a family park nearby. Security was present throughout the neighborhood. The host was always available for questions.What you see in the pics is what you get. It worked great for our family. We just needed a homebase to leave our stuff and recover after daily adventures. It worked great! Thank you Ileana!

Good communication

Overall the place is very small but nice. There were a couple of problems with the toilet, where lI had to call the owner, but she answered promptly and sent someone to fix it right away. It was inconvenient that there were no extra supplies for necessary things such as toilet paper,. I got sick during the trip and when I contacted the owner to find out about the tp she said I could go to the store to buy some. I never stayed somewhere before where they wouldn’t supply you with more things needed if you ran out. There was a foul smell coming from the kitchen sink every time I did dishes. Overall it was good.

Information wasn't disclosured that sanitary napkins have to be placed in a bag and carried out to the trash after you use the Bathroom. Everything requires a permit and you are limited on the amount of guest you can invite without a permit. Mold was in the landry room from the leaking roof and rain was leaking through the the light in the dinning room. The walls were dirty as if people put there feet/hand on them after they had come from outdoors in the dirty. There were 2 rats maybe because of the high grass. The floor were cracked because of an earthquake but was not disclosed but yet you are held responsible for damages accrued. The onwer said that they were unaware of some of the issues nevertheless this the place should have been inspected before being rented. The direction were terrible, a map should have been provided the numbers are in the pavement for each block and the house number aren't in order one side may accend while on the same side decend a map would've been great. The best part of the facility was the Air-conditioning and wifi. The park was nice but I didn't get a chance to use it because of the residential requirements.
