“We´d spent 11 nights at this property and had a great time. It was clean, had a modern kitchen/living area and a modern bathroom on the groundfloor. The two bedrooms and on the 1st floor and the kitchen have air conditioning which is helpful with temperatures up to 38°C/100°F. The Apartment is also beautifully decorated (not too much but tastefully). Overall the property is in a very good condition. Early check-in was possible which we´ve been grateful for (travelling with a toddler). Parking in……

“We were a family of 5, 3 adults and 2 kids under 7, and this was our first time in Sardegna. The house was in the perfect location - close to the beaches and to centre of San Teodoro. But the best part of the trip was Massimo - he was so helpful, and got us a rental car when ours fell through, arranged a taxi for our ride to the airport, and gave us great suggestions for the beaches and restaurants nearby. He was always responsive and attentive. Highly recommend!!!!”

“Leider ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nur auf italienisch möglich,sämtliche eMails,Telefonate,SMS oder persönliche Gespräche vor Ort mussten mit dem Google-Übersetzer übersetzt werden. Großes Defizit ist, dass die Unterkunft über keinerlei Internet / WLAN verfügt.Hier sollte man unbedingt das entsprechende Datenvolumen einplanen. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer ist die Hölle, ich wusste gar nicht, dass es noch Matratzen gibt, die aus Federkernen bestehen. Beim Schlafen hatte man sich gar……
