“The room was exactly as described and pictured, it was a super bright corner room with a beautiful view overlooking the Plaza de Caicedo. The city noises started early and ended late in the evening, but it was usually quiet late at night. The hotel had to ask what laundry I had given to return the correct clothes to me. The staff were always polite. I would stay there again.”

“The hotel is next to the park. In the night a lot of people go to the park to play drums and party. The hotels sound proof facilities are very bad so all the time you can hear people passing by at your door or people talking outside and the drum and party outside is especially annoying. When you go to take breakfast, you need to pass by the toilet which is next to the elevator and next to the breakfast area. And the toilet is very smelly… the worst case what happened was the cleaning lady mixed……
