“Overall nice stay, however very overpriced for the experience. Restaurant staff is very inexperienced and English is difficult for most to understand for correct meal orders. If you’re there for the “bar-b-que” night, be warned it’s somewhat chaos and orders may not come out correct or at all. Never received my dinner order and had to walk up to the grill chef to wait for it. They’re simply overwhelmed. The toilets are not accepting toilet paper. “I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room. A large part of the bathroom facilities are rusted making it a bit uncomfortable. ”

“Hotel maravilhoso! Os recepcionistas são super atenciosos e resolvem qualquer questão. Nos passeios que são antes do café da manhã oferecido pelo hotel, eles preparam um lanche para levarmos (é só avisar um dia antes). Além disso, o hotel disponibiliza uma copa onde se pode se servir de água, chá ou café à vontade. “A esradia foi ótima e confortável, localização excelente. O restaurante do hotel é excelente e o welcome drink um mimo gostoso na chegada! Minha única queixa é a comunicação prévia ao check in... mandei mensagem para o hotel perguntando sobre transfer (que eles inclusive dizem oferecer no site deles) e outras dúvidas e eles nunca me responderam. Acho uma falha que passa uma impressão ruim antes da chegada.”
