“Is a big house clean and nice”

“This room had an AMAZING view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. It is a lakefront property with the room on the lower section facing the water. The bedroom and bathroom had amazing views and the hosts were very communicative for check in and check out. We needed to leave our bags at the property for a while while we did a tour and they were also able to help us store and retrieve our luggage when we were ready to leave.”

“It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive.”

“Sarnai is amazing! From arrival to departure. Easy and smooth. Everything looked clean, cozy, comfortable and provided everything that is needed. It is a great stay in such a beautiful part of the world. It is evident the host has put attention, care and awareness into this place. Everything is great from the vibes, views to the surrounding nature. I particularly like that each room has it's "own name". Sarnai is highly, highly recommended, one of my new favorite places. ”

“Only there for a night. The host/manager could have done a better job explaining how to get there, instead of simply suggesting to use Waze maps! Also, they are building a new house at the bottom of the property, so it's a little dangerous having to walk thru a construction site to get to the beach down below. It should have been mentioned in the description of the property. The place itself is cozy, clean and has great views, although partially obstructed by the vegetation. A little far from……

“Everything we needed was accommodated. It is a big home perfect for families and friends. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away in a beautiful garden. Our host kept a clear line of communication, no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended. ”

“Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. They didn’t even give me an official room number. The views were okay. Pretty much what you see is that you get. One……
