“I will start off saying the view was amazing. Nothing else is good. The place is a house that is mismanaged and filthy. It's not a resort. There is garbage and junk all over. See pics. Our room was never cleaned and had dirty sheets. We insisted that they changed the sheets. No restaurant. No parking. We parked at a neighboring property, Gretel.No access to the water. No breakfast although it was supposed to be included”

“We stayed for 8 nights. The manager and crew are VERY personable and helpful, but respectful of our privacy. We came to relax and chill. We were never pestered or intruded upon... “Marco and Celeni were wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very attentive to all our needs. The lake house was beautiful, more than what I expected. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the outdoor bathroom, which is very spacious. Marco’s boat experience on the lake is highly recommended, as well as the chocolate farm tour but only if you understand Spanish. I don’t have a bad word to say about this entire experience. Highly recommended ”

“Beautiful hillside home with lake views! We rented this property for a group of 15 people for three nights and had a wonderful time. Pool was amazing and the hot tub was very nice and quick to heat up. The sauna/steam room was amazing to relax in. We partied here and it was nice to have some space from other properties so we had some privacy and were able to be louder than normal with not having other properties right next door. The staff Sebastian and Luisa were amazing and very helpful.……

“Unfortunately we have not been satisfied with the accomodation: - overall not clean / spiders - very old, incomplete and dirty dishes / pots which made it almost impossible to cook - very old and partially broken househould appliances - extremely high price for using the washing machine: aprox 10€ for one load!!! This is robbery - very uncomfortable beds and even worse all matraces are wrapped in plastic ! - one bathroom could not be used as appearently water pipe was broken - extremely loud……
