The gentle slope of the land in Alcaidesa makes possible to enjoy incredible views of the sea, Gibraltar, the African coast, golf course and Guadalquitón nature reserve. Alcaidesa is an exclusive area with a real Mediterranean feel. The beautiful surrounding landscape makes this a truly unique setting.
This apartment is located in a magnificent complex completely renovated with 2 swimming pools, a children's pool and 1 paddle court in the heart of the Golf de Alcaidesa (250m from the Golf Club la Hacienda, granted in 2023 as the best golf from Spain ), surrounded by a natural park. Located 5 minutes from natural beaches, 15 minutes from Gibraltar and 15 minutes from Sotogrande. 1 hour 15 minutes from Malaga airport. Very cheap car rental via doyouspain. Laundry included in the final price !
